The Masters!

Apr 21, 2013
We have arrived!  That's right--3 Trewets at the Masters!  Here we are at the entrance.  This really was Disney World for boys.  It was a dream come true for Carter and Matt.
Pictures of us at Amen Corner.
Amen Corner really is breath taking.  It is beautiful.  When you are there in person you realize it really is as beautiful as it looks on TV.

We were in LOVE with the Masters Sandwiches.  Matt was loving the egg salad and I thougth the pimento sandwich was also tasty.  Interestingly, nothing had a brand.  Even the chips were Masters chips and the Coke with Cola, Diet Cola, Sports Drink, etc.  Sandwiches were $1.50-$3.00 and even beer was only $3.00.  Now, the merchandising tent was a different story...
Before this was a golf course it was a nursery.  The flowers and natural landscape was beautiful!
I (CoraLynn) could not get enough of the little kids as caddies at the Par 3.  Here is Zach Johnson with his son.  We watched Zach play a practice round and then here in the Par 3.  Other favorites were Phil and his family (of course) and Bubba Watson with his beautiful little guy that is one year old.  The little man sat and clapped next to the pin on the last hole!
A highlight for Matt was most definitely seeing Arnie, Gary Player and Jack all 3 together playing in the Par 3.  I thought I might have to take Matt to the emergency room.  We have other pictures of them, but in this one they are posing together at the next tee box.

HOP, HOP, HOP GOES THE BUNNY!

Apr 4, 2013
We were in Atlantic for Easter and missed being able to be with Carter but enjoyed the weekend celebrating Grandma Jane's birthday with the Becker family.
HOP, HOP, HOP LIKE THE BUNNY!
Little Hawkeye hunting for Easter eggs...

Happy 60th Birthday, Grandma Jane! We love you!

A fun picture of Mom and Dad from our night at the Redwood to celebrate her birthday.
Colton, Charlie, Cate and Craig Alan on Easter (Mom's actually birthday)
For Grandma's 60th birthday we are all (18 of us!) taking her to a St. Louis Cardinals game in June.  Cate wore this Cardinal dress and the boys wore Cardinals shirts to let her know.  (Check out Cate's new short hair cut!)
Couldn't pass up this cute picture of me and Chip.  He loved this cupcake.  He worked on eating it for a really long time and when we left he said "BYE, BYE, CUPCAKE!"

SNOW! and ice cream...

Fun pictures of Cate and Charlie in the snow. While these pictures are cute, I must say all of us are ready for spring and won't be sad to wait a long time before we see more snow.

Look who loves ice cream like her Papa?  Notice the gymnastics outfit...

Happy 2nd Birthday, Charlie!

A few fun pictures from Charlie's birthday.  He got to celebrate lots with family throughout a couple of weeks.
He weighs in at 27 lbs now and almost 3 ft tall (35 1/4 in).
We can't get enough of his smiles and big tender heart.  He is still our sweet little guy.
His big present from us was a tool box and tools.
Fun had by all during the Daytona Race weekend and big grin for Aunt Lisa.
Lots of fun present from Grandma Jane.  He is quite cute when he says her name too...
The card from Papa sang "Who Let the Dogs Out" Charlie danced to this for days. I love this picture of the two of them smirking at each other.  They are quite big pals.
Although this picture doesn't show it, Charlie adores "Co Co." We all are quite aware that Carter is "the bomb" but Charlie thinks he might be the whole world.
